SearchThrottleSeconds 
SearchThrottleSeconds はサイトの検索を実行したときに、指定した秒数以上、時間がかかるとタイムアウトします。
検索できる間隔の設定は Movable Type 4.15 より以前のバージョンでは ThrottleSeconds を使用していました。Movable Type 4.15 からは ThrottleSeconds はコメントやトラックバックの再投稿間隔を設定のみになりました。検索の設定は SearchThrottleSeconds で設定をおこないます。
