When you create a new entry or page, in the [Text] and the [Extended] use the block editor. In the block editor, you can create kind of block types [Text Block] and [Photo Block].

Text Block

The text block accepts all text/html by rich text editor or plain text editor.

Photo Block

The image block accepts photos that you upload from library or take new photos. Also you can select image asset from Movable Type.
